How To Write a Web Development Proposal in under 5 minutes Flat!  SEE THE VIDEO

Web Designers / Developers,
Is it me or is it painfully impossible to find a decent Web Development Proposal Template online?

I mean, does this picture sound familiar ---> you've just been approached by a prospective client for a web development project. In turn, you go online and try to find a template that is going to suit your needs. You go from site to site, coming across examples that are either half complete, irrelevant to your specific Web Project, or require so much customization that you might as well re-write the whole thing from scratch? You spend literally hours of effort, but get no results. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been there, and it’s a completely frustrating process and a waste of time.

Let me state the obvious ---> Time is Money, especially in the web development business.

As a web developer myself, I do not want to spend my valuable time searching endlessly for a web development proposal template; and when I do find one, I want it to be professional, easily customizable and ready to use. Really, it seems such a simple request, but let me tell you, it’s virtually impossible to make happen.

7 features that I (and so should you) expect from a Web Development Proposal Template:

  • 1. I want to be able to bring up the web development proposal in a word editor and literally be guided as to how to customize the template.
  • 2. I want it to be laser-focused to my project and client. I want to be confident that all the necessary sections are included such as project specification, scope of work, timeframes, costs, legalities, copyright, etc.
  • 3. I want the proposal to protect my interests as a web developer and make sure the client understands that I am providing a professional service and that non-payment or late payment is not acceptable.
  • 4. I want the proposal to document the client's requirements and the proposed deliverables in a simple and easily understand manner. I want clarity!
  • 5. I want the proposal to clearly define the Scope Of Work, so both myself and the client are on the same page with what is being developed. This is VERY IMPORTANT as it protects both parties from nasty surprises and possible points of conflict.
  • 6. I want the web development proposal to look awesome, read well and present in such an impressive manner, that the client will have no choice but to hire me for the Web Project….:)

But most of all :

  • 7. I want the web development proposal template to have the bulk of the work done for me. I do not want to spend endless hours documenting the above aspects, especially when documentation is not my strong point.
Really, is this too much to ask for?

HELP IS HERE!

Let me tell you that the above expectations are 100% achievable by using the Web Design Document Package.

Developed with the freelance web designer and developer in mind, this package contains 9 self-guiding, word-format templates that completely cover the full scope of how to successfully manage and document a web project.

Templates include how to secure a Web Project (Web Design Proposal), how to guarantee payment (Web Development Contract), Invoices, and even how to handle post-delivery work requests (Work-Order). It’s all here folks and in one simple package.

Create a Web Development Proposal in less than 5 minutes!

I wasn’t kidding when I said you can make more money by saving time. What if I told you that the Web Design Document Package can help create a Web Development Proposal in less than 5 minutes? Yes, I’m serious - it’s that simple with both the Web Design Proposal and Web Design Proposal-Lite templates.

Simply choose the template that matches the complexity of your Web Project, load it up in Word and start updating the necessary fields to reflect your project such as your business name, client name, project specification, deliverables, timeframes and cost. Honestly, it can’t get much easier than this.

In fact, what I really like about the Web Design Document Package is that it limits itself to 9 templates. It doesn’t overload you with documentation, and yet it doesn’t skimp of what is required to get you through the entire lifecycle of the Web Project. Simply pick and choose the templates that are most appropriate to your Web Project, load them up in Word and off you go.

It's a No-Brainer

I could sit here all day and write about the virtues and benefits of the Web Design Document Package, but really, it speaks for itself. These templates have saved my butt countless of times.

Indeed, the package paid for itself the very first time I used it (and that’s something I can’t say about a lot of other products I purchased online). I wouldn’t even think about applying or tendering for a Website Project without utilizing these successful and professional templates. Click Here to Order Now
